Shipping & Returns


For orders placed within Australia, we use Express Post at a flat rate of $10. Delivery is generally within 3 days, however, please allow up to 5 days for delivery, in case of any service delays. For New Zealand orders shipping is charged at a flat rate of $20.00 AUD and for rest of world, a flat rate charge of $25.00 AUD. For International deliveries, most orders will come with a tracking number; delivery time will vary depending on the country that you are ordering from. If for any reason extra postage, handling costs or taxes occur upon arrival for international orders, this will be at the customer’s expense. Shipping is free on Australian orders over $150.

Please choose your products carefully as we will not refund or exchange products simply due to change of mind or for incorrect choice of sizing. Please ensure when deciding on ring size you follow our size guide which can be found on the footer of our website under ‘sizing’.

If the product is received faulty we will fully refund or replace the piece including any postage costs incurred by you. Returns must be notified via email to within 2 days of receiving your order and must include a photo of the fault (with description) in addition to a proof of purchase. The faulty item must be received back within 10 days of the purchase date to be replaced, refunded or repaired. The item must also be returned in original condition; unworn with care card and full packaging.

Please note: Customers will be responsible for all postage and re-postage. We do not refund delivery charges, or the cost of returning products except when a product is received faulty. Any items not thoroughly packaged to avoid damage during shipment will not be accepted. Items must be sent with postage that includes tracking information. Bondi Rockz cannot be held responsible for goods that may be lost or damaged during return shipping.

Once your return has been received, your refund, exchange or repair will occur.

Wear and tear over time is normal and is not considered a fault. Bondi Rockz jewellery is delicate and should be handled, stored and cleaned with care; for full details refer to the card supplied with your purchase or see our care guidelines outlined in the ‘care’ section located on the footer of our website.

Please note: Earrings cannot be exchanged due to health regulations. There are no exchanges or refunds on sale items, including the exchange of ring sizes.


Many of our items feature semi-precious stones, as such each piece may vary slightly from the image on the website due to semi-precious stones being individual in nature. Unfortunately, we are unable to exchange for a different piece.
